The Gospel isn’t advice to follow but good news to believe—news that Jesus didn’t come to make bad people good, but to make dead people alive. Grace was never a backup plan; it was always the plan, revealing a love that meets us at our worst and lifts us beyond our best. In Christ, we’re freed from the exhausting game of earning and pretending, invited instead to trust, rest, and live in the acceptance we already have. When Jesus said, “It is finished,” he meant it- you can stop stressing out.
